As part of our Technical Support Team, our Help Desk can be contacted by our customers anytime during business hours. Using our Help Desk can reduce costly downtime by addressing issues before an engineer is dispatched on-site. Help Desk technical support offers a wide range of support including, application configuration, critical server maintenance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, user management, antivirus, e-mail and backup issues as well as a host of other issues. Our Help Desk staff is friendly and courteous and always ready to assist you.

bITvision uses an online helpdesk system to manage customer service requests. Our online helpdesk allows customers to create new support tickets, track the progress of current support tickets, and review closed support tickets. After a support account has been created, you are just a few clicks away from creating a support request which will be emailed immediately to a bITvision Support Engineer, who will either setup a time to visit the customers site, support the customer through remote access, or help troubleshoot the issue over the phone.
